Embassy South Reserve is at Sy. No. 223/1(P), Tharahunse Village, Jala Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka - 562157, inside the registered parent layout Embassy Origins. That is the address on the K-RERA certificate.

Where this actually is

Tharahunse sits in the Devanahalli corridor north of Bengaluru, between the Bellary Road spine and the Doddaballapura side of the district. It is airport-adjacent country rather than city: the corridor's character is large land parcels, an international school cluster, industrial-area notifications, and a road network built around NH-44 and the airport.

The single most useful orientation point is Stonehill International School, 1.7 km away by road. If you know where Stonehill is, you know where this project is.

Embassy South Reserve location map
Locality map, not to scale. Road distances from the estate: Stonehill International School 1.7 km, Betta Halasuru halt 1.9 km, Yelahanka New Town 12.8 km, Kempegowda International Airport 16.0 km, Hebbal 19.4 km, Manyata Tech Park 21.7 km.

Boundaries as filed

The registration record files the parcel's four boundaries:

DirectionBoundary as filed
NorthGroup Housing project at Sy. No. 223/1(P)
SouthRemaining portion of land bearing Sy. No. 223/1(P)
EastChapparakallu Road
WestPrivate properties at Sy. Nos. 98 to 100 and 124

Two of those four are the same survey number as this project - north and south are both 223/1(P). That is what a sub-parcel inside a larger layout looks like on paper: this project is carved out of a bigger holding, with more of that holding on two sides. The north boundary is described as a group housing project, which is consistent with the sibling registration next door.

⚠️ "Chapparakallu Road" is the filing's name for the east boundary, and we could not corroborate it. OpenStreetMap carries no road of that name anywhere in this area. The road the filed coordinate sits on is an unnamed Major District Road upgraded to secondary classification, two lanes, asphalt surfaced. It is likely the same road under a local name that mapping has not recorded, but we are publishing the boundary the filing names rather than claiming to have located it.

The coordinate problem, stated plainly

The registration record gives 13.180533, 77.59939 as this project's location.

It gives the identical coordinate for Embassy Riverine, the 50.81-acre villa project next door. One point cannot be the centroid of both a 14.78-acre parcel and a 50.81-acre parcel.

We checked it. Reverse geocoded on 10 September 2026, it resolves to an unnamed two-lane secondary road in Tharahunase at PIN 562157. Village correct. Pincode correct - it matches the filing exactly. But it is a point on a road, not a parcel centroid, and neither document offers a Plus Code that could arbitrate against it.

What follows from that: every distance on this site is accurate to the estate. For the 16 km drive to the airport that is immaterial. For the 1.7 km to Stonehill it could shift by a few hundred metres. A project-specific pin needs to come off the KIADB plan or the environmental filing, and until it does, no map on this site claims tower-door precision.

What the location map on this site is. It is a locality map: the estate shown against the roads, schools, stations and towns the distances below are measured to. It carries no parcel boundary, no tower positions and no plotted pin claiming to be the entrance, because none of those three can be sourced. Use it to understand where in the corridor this sits, not to work out what a specific home looks out onto.

Road distances

Every figure below is a road route, computed 10 September 2026 with a driving profile. Straight lines are not published as distances anywhere on this site.

Kempegowda International Airport Halt14.8 km18 min
Bengaluru City (KSR)28.5 km32 min

Betta Halasuru is 1.9 km away and it is a halt. A halt is a minor stopping point with limited services - not a junction, not a terminus. It is a genuine convenience and it is not a commuter rail station. Yelahanka Junction at 12.9 km is the nearest station with meaningful service.

We ranked these by road distance rather than by straight line, and it mattered: the ordering changed at positions seven through ten when computed properly. Devanahalli and Kodigehalli swap places, and so do Chikka Banavara and Soladevanahalli. The top of the list is stable either way.

There is no metro

Nearest metroBy roadStatus
Nagasandra, Green Line25.5 km, 31 minOperational
Nagawara21.3 km, 22 minRecorded as proposed

🔴 No operational metro station is within 25 km by road of this project. The nearest one that exists and runs is Nagasandra on the Green Line, 25.5 km and 31 minutes away. Nagawara is nearer but is not built.

The airport line along Bellary Road is under construction. This site does not publish a station name, a distance or an opening date for it, because none is established in any source we use. Metro proximity is the most frequently inflated claim on this corridor, and a buyer should treat any specific metro promise about this location as unsourced until they see the alignment document themselves.

The airport is the corridor's logic

At 16.0 km and about 20 minutes, Kempegowda International Airport is the reason this corridor exists as a residential market. The employment case is thinner and honest buyers should weigh it: Manyata Tech Park, the nearest major IT campus, is 21.7 km and 24 minutes away in free flow, and considerably more in peak traffic. This is an airport-corridor location with a developing employment base, not an established one.

What we did not measure

  • KIADB Aerospace Park - the geocode did not resolve to a usable point, so no distance is published.
  • Peak-hour times - not computed.
  • Walking distances - not computed.
  • Any tech park other than Manyata - not routed, therefore not published.

Location - Embassy South Reserve FAQs

16.0 km by road, about 20 minutes in free-flow traffic. That is a road route, not a straight line, computed on 10 September 2026.

No. The nearest operational metro station is Nagasandra on the Green Line, 25.5 km and 31 minutes away by road. Nagawara is closer at 21.3 km but is recorded as proposed, not operational. The airport line along Bellary Road is under construction, and this site does not quote a station, distance or opening date for it because none is established in any source we use.

The nearest rail stop is Betta Halasuru halt at 1.9 km, about 3 minutes by road - but a halt is a minor stopping point, not a station with meaningful service. The nearest proper station is Yelahanka Junction at 12.9 km, about 16 minutes.

Manyata Tech Park is 21.7 km and about 24 minutes in free flow, and considerably more at peak. That is the only employment node this site has road-routed, so it is the only one published. This is an airport-corridor location, not an established employment-hub one.

Stonehill International School is 1.7 km away, about 3 minutes by road. It is the most useful orientation landmark for this location. Canadian International School at Yelahanka is 13.0 km, about 19 minutes.
